From Rt 287 South

From Rt 287 South
South on Rt 287 to Exit 59: Rt. 208 south. Stay on Rt 208 for approx. 5 miles. You will pass through Franklin Lakes and Wyckoff and then get to Hawthorne. Get off at first Goffle Rd. exit in Hawthorne. Go to the first traffic light and make a left onto Lafayette Ave. (at Dell Garden Center). Go to the 2nd traffic light and make a left onto Warburton Ave (at Municipal Bldg.). Go over railroad tracks and make your first right onto Royal Ave. It is the 2nd building on the left.

From Rt 287 North

Take Rt 287 north to exit 59 - Franklin Lakes. This will take you onto Rot 208 south. Stay on Rt 208 for approx. 5 miles. You will pass through Franklin Lakes and Wyckoff and then get to Hawthorne. Get off at first Goffle Rd. exit in Hawthorne. Go to the first traffic light and make a left onto Lafayette Ave. (at Dell Garden Center). From NYC
Take Rt 4 west and it will turn into Rt. 208 north. Stay on Rt. 208 for approx. 5 miles. You'll go through Fairlawn and pass Nabisco. Stay on Rt. 208 until the 2nd Goffle Rd exit. (Hawthorne/Paterson) Get off at Goffle Rd. in Hawthorne. Go to the first traffic light and make a left onto Lafayette Ave. (at Dell Garden Center). Go to the 2nd traffic light and make a left onto Warburton Ave (at Municipal Bldg.). Go over railroad tracks and make your first right onto Royal Ave. It is the 2nd building on the left.

From the GSP North
Take the GSP North to exit 160 (Fair Lawn, Hackensack, 208) - it's the first exit right after you pay the Bergen toll. Take the exit to the light (you will be facing the back entrance for the Garden State Plaza) - make left (you'll see Commerce Bank on your right). Go three lights, and right after you pass Loehmans and Wendy's (on your right) you'll see signs for 4 West and 208 North on your right - take this ramp and follow around. Stay in the same lane and it will lead right onto 208 or merge to your left and follow overhanging sign for 208N. Take 208N about 5 miles to the second exit for Goffle Road - (Hawthorne).Take this exit to end of ramp and stop sign, merge and move immediately over to the left lane in order to make a left at the first light onto Lafayette. Go two lights, at 2nd light make left onto Warburton. Cross over RR tracks and make your first right onto Royal Ave. The building is the 2nd on your left.

Mass transit
There is a train that stops in Hawthorne. It is the same line that goes to Glen Rock, Ridgewood and Allendale, NJ. There is also a bus from NYC that goes to Hawthorne .

From the North
I-287 to Exit 30A (Basking Ridge/South Maple Ave). Stay on South Maple Ave for approximately 2.5 miles. You'll see a stone wall; 2 reflector signs; a pedestrian sign - next driveway on the right is the Community Center.

From the South
I-287 North to I-78 East. Take I-78 Exit 36 (Basking Ridge). Turn left at top of ramp onto Rt 651 (King George Road). This road becomes Rt 613 (Stonehouse Rd) Just past the GETTY Gas Station (on right) bear right onto Lyons Rd/ South Finley. Go under the railroad overpass and at 1st light turn right onto Cross Rd.
Take to end - T intersection. Make a left onto South Maple Ave. Go .5 miles (see signs for Great Swamp and Deer on the right) - Community Center is on your left just pass the 2nd street on right (Lord Sterling Road).

From the East
I-78 West to Exit 36 (Basking Ridge). Bear Right (north) onto Rt 651 (King George Rd). This road becomes Rt 613 (Stonehouse Rd). From Downtown: head South on Cerrillos Road; turn right, or West at SPRINT. Go one block. Santa Fe Budokan is on the left. Park on Street or in lot at back.

The Chant is at 6 p.m. and all are welcome; please arrive at 5:45. Clinic is at 6:45.
